1. No Refund for Incorrect Plan Selection
Refunds are not available for incorrect treatment plan enrollment. Customers are requested to carefully review all plan details before confirming purchase.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment charged by mistake
- Payment processed but service not activated
- Technical error causing failed enrollment after payment
- Order canceled by UrCare before service commencement
3. Non-Refundable Cases
- Change of mind after purchase
- Partial use of consultation/service
- Delay caused by customer documentation issues
- Incorrect details submitted by customer
4. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
